Rising 36 stories over Buckhead…is Buckhead Grand. Located as part of the Buckhead Station Shopping area, you can access Buckhead Grand either from Lenox Road ( Buckhead Loop) or from Peachtree Street, via Tower Place, hence the Peachtree Street address. Built in 2004, the building has 286 homes. It was originally constructed as apartments, but was quickly converted to condominium ownership.
You will find 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. (3 bedrooms is rare in Atlanta condo living) with differing views based on which side of the building you are on. It should be noted that some floor plans do NOT have a balcony….if you like to be able to step outside, yet not have to leave your condo, this is a prime consideration when looking at the homes here.
Finishes in the Buckhead Grand include granite and stainless steel kitchens with 42″ cabinets, oversized balconies (on select homes), and amenities you would expect in a luxury condominium building. From 24-hour Concierge to fitness center, club room and pool.
One of the really amazing and different amenities at the Buckhead Grand is the Sky Lounge w/Bartender service and breathtaking 180 Degree views from the top floor of the building. What a great place to relax yourself, meet other residents or take your guests!
Additionally, there is a Guest Suite, Pool Bar in Summer, Yoga Studio, European Spa, Wine Cellar, Salt Water Pool, Pet Walk, and a Private Massage Room.
The location of the Buckhead Grand is amazing. There is shopping just across the street in Buckhead Station. You will find stores such as Cost Plus World Market, Bed, Bath and Beyond, TJ Maxx, DSW Shoe Warehouse and others. You can walk through Tower Place to get to other services such as hotels and dining options. (We don’t always list restaurants due to how they might change)
You can walk the Path 400 and CROSS Georgia 400 and end up on Peachtree Road…and then Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza are just a couple blocks. Of course if you plan on much shopping or late dining, you can Uber to your destination with ease.
GA400 passes nearby, making freeway access easy for a commute North to the Perimeter area, or South to Midtown and Downtown areas.
Perhaps the Grand life is for you at Buckhead Grand.
