City View Lofts is a small enclave of just 20 homes. When first built in 1999-2000, one has to wonder if they developer knew what the area would look like 16 years later! Now, you are just a block walk from the exciting Ponce City Market, as well as access to the Beltline and Old Fourth Ward Park! Head up Somerset Terrace to Ponce De Leon Avenue, and you will find restaurants and shopping at the Midtown Place shopping center which includes a PetsMart, Home Depot and a Whole Foods. 

Need to commute to your office? Easy access to the Freedom Parkway will take you to the Downtown Connector and into Downtown Atlanta. And Ponce De Leon or North Avenues will take you to Midtown.

You will find homes in City View Lofts to vary in size as well as finishes. Some owners have upgraded their original finishes. There are one and two bedroom floor plans, however, each home only comes with ONE assigned parking space. Not the usual two parking spaces for a two bedroom. Something to keep in mind if you DO have two cars, as on street parking will be a premium. 

The community has no amenities other than a roof-top deck, but with the new Old Fourth Ward Park just a clock away, you’ve got a great outdoor space nearby. And did we mention the Atlanta Beltline? 

In looking at past sales, homes do not come on the market often at City View Lofts. There was just ONE sale in 2016 of a 2 bedroom home for $270,000.

The monthly HOA fee covers  Exterior Fire/Liability Insurance, garbage, gas (cooking and hot water), reserve fund, water/sewer and landscaping.
