Welcome to 3575 Parkside Way - a stunningly upgraded 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, three-story all-brick townhome in Parkhaven, a very desirable and gated 46-unit community in Brookhaven, Georgia, built by Ashton Woods and subsequently improved by one extremely detailed (dare I say strongly opinionated) homeowner who was not going to live with a builder-grade wet bar situation and is not sorry about it (but thank God for it). Approximately 2,400 square feet across three levels featuring a two-car garage, a kitchen that required more decisions than most people make in a calendar year, a powder room that received a chandelier because the ceiling was there and the opportunity presented itself, a breakfast nook and wet bar that did not come with the building and arrived purely through personal conviction, and a primary closet system that is genuinely better organized than most people’s lives. The two guest bathrooms and the carpet in both upstairs bedrooms remain in original builder condition, included as a humbling reminder that not everything can be a chandelier moment - and I suppose also for transparency sake. The HOA is reasonably low for the level of maintenance they take off your shoulders. The YMCA and Publix are steps away (you're only allowed to make good decisions). Whole Foods is two minutes, and so are two incredible golf clubs (questionable decisions are allowed to be made here). Marist School is half a mile up the road. You are inside the Perimeter (ITP'er). And the current owner would like you to know they are only leaving because life demanded it, not because they found something better, because I fear they have not. It is by all accounts a wonderful home.
