Seventh Midtown Atlanta opened in 2016.

Located at the corner of 7th and Peachtree Streets, some might remember the location for the free-standing Starbucks that once occupied the corner. Ahhhhh….

This new building of just 20 luxury residences is a mere 10 stories tall, so views from the balconies may be limited as new construction fills in around. But many balconies were stubbed for outdoor kitchens or gas fireplaces…so not all bad, right?

The two and three bedroom homes range in size from 1,805 to 2,704 square feet. when the building first opened, the least expensive home started at $759,900.  Each home features modern designer finishes including Waterworks, Pedini, Silestone, Wolf and Sub-zero.

Seventh Midtown shares the amenities of neighboring Viewpoint Midtown, which include a roof-top zen garden, club room, movie theater and resort-styled pool area with grilling stations. (It’s kind of a long walk to grill and come back to your condo in Seventh, but there are numerous outdoor tables in the Zen Garden and poolside for some alfresco dining!

Parking for Seventh Midtown is also inside the Viewpoint garage, with the entrance off of Juniper Street.

The Starbucks relocated back into the building when it was completed, and is a Starbucks Reserve…a different type of Starbucks. Another retail space in the building changes occupancy based on market needs.

Where is Seventh Midtown?

Seventh Midtown truly IS in the center of Midtown Atlanta! Step out your front door, and you are surrounded by restaurants, shopping and arts and cultural offerings! Piedmont Park is just a few blocks away. Headed out of town for a long weekend and want to avoid a car service or parking at Hartsfield Jackson? Midtown MARTA is just a couple blocks away. (Mind you, the buyers and residents of a community like Seventh might just opt for a car service! )
