Windsor Over Peachtree

Located at the corner of Peachtree Street and North Avenue, Windsor Over Peachtree Condominiums is another value priced option for the Midtown Atlanta condo buyer.

Constructed in 1964, the building first started out as the Peachtree North Apartments. Numerous improvements were done to the building  just before the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games (I’m sure there was some rental opportunities to be had then!) and was then converted to condominiums in 2000. (The time-frame of 1999-2001 saw many apartment buildings converted to condos!)

Floor plans in the building (there are 16 homes per floor) do not include a washer/dryer connection. There is a community laundry room in the building. I’ve also seen individual homes remodeled where they modified the kitchen plumbing to add a euro washer/dryer.

The Windsor Over Peachtree will now be directly across the street from the new Proton Cancer Treatment Center that is being built.
