Tuscany Condominiums
With courtyard fountains, barrel-tiled roofs and tiled breezeways, Tuscany Condominiums Midtown offer a different choice in Midtown Atlanta Condominium living. Reminiscent of an Italian-inspired villa, this mid-rise community gives the condo buyer that does not want to live in a high rise building a great option. Located at 10th and Juniper Streets, Tuscany Condominiums has some 230 homes, ranging from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, and selected top floor homes are even 2-story! The community was built in 1997, and converted to condominiums in 2000.
There is a pool courtyard, and other courtyards feature fountains, fish ponds and grilling areas. A fitness center is available as well.

Convenience could be this community’s middle name! You are just steps away from Piedmont Park, as well as the commercial corner of 10th and Piedmont. Two blocks west on 10th Street will have you at the Midtown MARTA station. A Publix Market is located in Plaza Midtown at Spring and Peachtree Streets.
There are several new apartment buildings going up nearby and their added retail space will offer more shopping and most likely a couple restaurants within a couple minutes walk.
Walk East on 10th Street, to Piedmont Park and you find access to the Atlanta Beltline. From there you can walk or bike to Ponce City Market!
