Spire Midtown

Spire Midtown Atlanta broke ground in 2003 and delivered new homes to owners in late 2005. This 28-story building comprises 393 homes, most with Northern or Southern views of Midtown & Downtown Atlanta. There are 6 different 2 bedroom and 12 one bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 606 to 1356 sq. ft.

The lobby has been renovated since opening and now has a feel much like you would find in a SoBe resort hotel. The concierge staff (available 24 hours) greets your guests, receives packages and dry cleaning and always has treats for the 4-legged residents of Spire Midtown Atlanta.

The 7th and 8th Floors are home to the Sky Club, the amenities area of Spire Midtown. Here you will find a media room, 2-story club room accented with stone walls and finished with a wet bar, catering kitchen, fireplaces, a billiard table and numerous seating areas. The pool, gardens and grilling areas are just outside the club room on the 7th floor. The fitness, cardio and aerobics rooms are located on the 8th floor, accessible by a circular staircase.

Homes are finished with maple or cherry cabinetry, black granite and black subway tile back splashes. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto balconies that are suspended “in air” — and offer beautiful vistas and breezes.

Just outside the front door of Spire Midtown, you will find Fresh To Order, Five Guys Burgers, and  Firehouse Subs . Just across the street and next door to Viewpoint Midtown you will find Starbucks!

Spire Midtown has been a favorite place to live since it’s opening! There are many original owners still in the building.

Spire Midtown has a great community feel to the building and is constantly making improvements. Those most recent include all new carpet and wall coverings in all the residential hallways. “She” may have arrived in 2005, Spire Midtown looks as good as new!
