I will confess I have not sold a home in this building. I’ve been concerned with my Buyers and the rental condition of the building. A search today, shows (according to FMLS) that there have been just 9 sales in the building in the last 180 days. There are currently 6 homes Under Contract, and 11 homes listed as For Sale, again according to FMLS. Certainly there are more homes as they building converts from rentals to owner occupied condos. Listings from the Sales Center still reference the 90% LTV financing that is available through their preferred lenders.

This past weekend (April 6th) we toured The Atlantic. Back in 2012, the building had sold only 79 homes. The building was sold and the remaining residences were leased out. Now that the real estate market has turned, the leases are not being renewed and the homes are now being offered For Sale.
The building is being released in phases, starting with the 7th Floor up to the 20th Floor and the 41st to 47th Floors.
