Located on Peachtree Road in Chamblee (Not to be confused with Peachtree Road in Buckhead....but it may confuse you!) this community is located across the street from the Chamblee MARTA station. The community consists of 134 industrial "Bauhaus-style" lofts around a central courtyard. Not all homes overlook this courtyard! The community does not have a pool so the monthly HOA fees are much lower than you might find in other communities.
The location of Peachtree Malone Lofts has been great...and is getting even better with new developments happening around the area. To the North on Peachtree Road, you will find the Historic Downtown Chamblee area which includes shops (especially antiques!) restaurants, the Chamblee City Hall, Civic Center and Police Department. Further up Peachtree Road, is Assembly Doraville, and Third Rail Studios. The proposed Rail Yards area in Assembly Doraville will be a cool place to hang out! To the South, and WALKING distance to Peachtree Malone Lofts is a Walmart Supercenter, Five Guys Burgers, and new shopping area just broke ground (2016) that will include a Chipolte, Whole Foods Market, Zoës Kitchen, YEAH! BURGER, Taqueria del Sol and Octane Coffee. How totally awesome is that! And if you need some hardware items or plants for your balcony, Lowe's is just across from where Whole Foods will be!
Getting outside, you have the Chamblee Rail Trail which runs from Clairmont Road (next to the Walmart) under Peachtree Blvd and connects to Keswick Park.
Chamblee is a great place to live, and convenient to I-285 and I-85 if you need to drive! From the Chamblee Land Use Plan, this sums it up pretty well!
